Lara Lars is based in Madrid and she studied architecture. As an image collector, she uses her visual diogene to tell personal stories or everyday situations through collage technique. Her work is based on changing the visual references related to the role of women. Using images of advertisements from the 50 - 60s and old postcards, she creates new images where women are the protagonists set against brutalist buildings and where cities are invaded.
She has also worked with magazines such as Glamour, Vogue and Architectural Digest and collaborated with brands such as H&M, Shiseido, Zadig & Voltaire and Loewe.
Each print is printed on Hahnemuhle archival paper for best preservation results, providing vivid colours and excellent contrast. Framing is prepared by CAFA IPM Lab. For any customized requirements, please feel free to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
