CHENG Tian-Liang, China
Artist Cheng Tian-Liang was born and raised in Shanxi, China and currently lives and works in Beijing. Chen is good at expressing complicated philosophical themes by weaving and overlapping techniques with materials such as silk, fiber, gold and silver. His works are not only an analysis of life, but also a true pursuit of life and a philosophical speculation on the real world. Through the desire for freedom of life, or the emotion of despair, it completes the humanistic search for the realm beyond reality.
